The Queen Anne Press was previously owned by Peter Fleming's brother Ian, and is now managed by Kate Grimond and her cousin Fergus Fleming. Intrepid explorer and intelligence officer Peter Fleming was an occasional editor of his younger brother's James Bond thrillers, and has often been cited as an inspiration for the dashing spy. Out of print for many years, this is a fine limited and expanded re-issue of arguably the author's two most important travel books, with new introductions by his daughter Kate Grimond.
