I, without emendation or date--later editions include emendations-- this one is earlier than 1718 edition. Dedicated to Sigismundo Christophoro, archi-episcopo et SRI Principi Salburgensi and and commended to Josepho Bonaventura Franzio, once the Benedictine Law professor at the university of Salzburg. This edition was printed in Salzburg by Johannes Josephi Mayr de Mayregg. Students of law have begun their studies with Justinian's Institutes since the second century AD.
