Some underlining and marginalia in red and regular pencil throughout interior. Label scar on title page, which is presumably from a 'Review Copy' label that is no longer extant. Considerable dampstaining to plates at rear of book. Binding firm. This copy of the Gordons' work on Latin inscriptions was previously owned by the scholar Leslie W. Jones. He was tasked with writing a review of this monograph, and bears his notes on the recto and verso of the front cover regarding the publication of the review. Laid in is a two page duplicate of the review on onionskin paper. . Soft Cover. Good.
