October 1809 geboren, studirte in Bonn, Würzburg und Berlin Medicin und wurde 1833 am letztgenannten Orte Dr. mcd. mit der Diss.: "De febri puerperal! singular! naturae morbi habita ratione". 1834 liess er sich als Arzt in Dorsten nieder und wurde 1861 Sanitätsrath.
