Binding is firm. Slightly dusty pastedowns. Previous owner's inscriptions to second and third blank leaves, with an embossed ex libris stamp. Attached bookmarks are frayed, creased and tanned at the ends. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with minimal bumping to corners and minor bumping and rubbing to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall; very mild surface denting. Gilt is bright. Slipcase has some minor rub marks, slight scratches, other small marks and spots, and subtle wear to corners.
