He excoriates those churches who follow the doctrine of separate but equal, as shown in the appendix to his sermon: "Appendix. The case of St. Philip's Church, N.Y" where the church argues that the mixing of the races leads to unwanted dissension. Not in LCP Afro-Americana. Very good but for a tear along top third of the spine, mail fold, browned edges, faint soiling on wrappers and title.
