The text is generlly very clean, though the first title page and dedication page are a little foxed; the plates in the first half have slight age-toning at the margins and the very occasional light fox spot, whilst those in the second half are slightly more marked. However thei is still a reasonably bright copy of a scarce title.

Internally, firmly bound, the hinges starting to the first leaf of plate bound in to the rear. The pages are bright and clean with only the odd minor faint spotting to the odd leaf.
