A travel narrative describing a pedestrian journey through the Brittany region of France, recording observations on Breton towns, landscapes, customs, religious practices, and local character, and combining travel description with commentary on the historical and cultural features of the region as encountered during the tour. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with light handling marks to cloth. Otherwise, externally excellent.
