The series followed an elite division of Scotland Yard nicknamed the "Ghost Squad," generally sent to investigate unusual cases which fell outside the scope of normal police work. In this first entry, a squad operator is sent to investigate a criminal ring smuggling gold from Hong Kong to Karachi.
