A clean, very sharp copy, with a spectacular cover design (lithograph) by Johan Polet. The first half of text is an "Introduction to the Sky-Scraper Project by Architect H. Th. Wijdeveld" and the second half of the text "The German Skyscraper by Dr. A. Behne (Berlin)". Accompanying both essays are illustrations along every page --either plans or photographs-- and decorative marginalia. Crisp and VG+ to Near Fine in its ribbon-tied wrappers, with very light foxing to the upper panels. Square folio, the 3rd issue of this highly-influential magazine's 5th year.

Contains the essay 'The German Skyscraper' by architectural theorist and champion of the German Weimar-era Avant Garde Dr. Adolf Behne. Stab-sewn with raffia. Spine quite rubbed, and right edge slightly curled. Some slight foxing to covers, otherwise very good condition.
