Vintage full-color still photograph from the 1975 US film. Gambler Ron Lewis (Joe Don Baker) wins a ton of money but is later robbed in the street. In self defense he kills a cop and is sentenced to 4 years of prison, where he plots bloody revenge on the corrupt police force and the mayor. Location shooting was critical to the film's gritty look. The AFI catalog notes: "[The film's] end credits include the following information: 'Filmed Entirely on Location in The State of Tennessee.' . shooting was set to begin in mid-Jul 1973 in New Orleans, LA . but filming didn't begin until 14 May 1974, in Nashville, TN, instead of New Orleans. . The film was also shot on locations within twenty miles of the State Capitol in Nashville, TN, including the capitol building itself. At Tennessee State Prison, real security guards and convicts were used as extras. Governor Winfield Dunn loaned his state-owned Lear jet for a sequence filmed at Rutherford County-Smyrna Airport. Nashville's historic downtown was closed down after midnight for filming. Other locations were Radnor Lake, the Starlite nightclub in north Nashville, the Sheraton-South Motor Inn, and Longacres, the opulent estate of a local businessman." 8 x 10 inches. Pinholes, else Near Fine.

Shooting script for the 1992 television film, with lines and phrases highlighted in yellow throughout. Included with the script are three separate sets of color revision pages (blue, pink, and yellow), dated between 2/7/92 and 2/11/92. Based on the true story of Joseph McCarthy's chief council Roy Cohn, who acted as one of the head proponents of the Senate investigations of suspected communists and homosexuals in the 1950s, and who later served as Donald Trump's mentor and personal lawyer. Shot on location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Gray HBO studio wrappers. Title page present, dated 1/29/92, noted as Shooting Script, with credits for screenwriters David Franzoni and Mitch Booker. 112 leaves, with last page of text numbered 110. "Walking Tall" (1973) catapulted this actor to stardom, and numerous films (including "Cool Hand Luke," "Guns of the Magnificent Seven," "The Natural," three James Bond films)) and later television featured him as a tough guy. Large and bold full signature in blue ink on a heavy stock 5" X 3" card, dated by him 5 December 1975 at upper right. Fine. with original transmittal envelope. Accompanied by an unsigned glossy 10" X 10" promotional 4-page leaflet for the 1970 film "Adam at 6 A.M." with color images of Baker in character alongside the film's star Michael Douglas. A fine early signature from his early stardom and quite unusual publicity brochure.
