Grey endpapers. 8vo. Cloth rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, slightly marked and faded, with some parallel light scuff lines on verso. Text block edges toned. The top portion of the front free endpaper has been clipped away (presumably to remove a previous owner's name). Previous owner's name inked on half title. A little spotting on first and last few pages else internally neat. fresh and clean. Firmly bound. An attractive vintage volume.

Paper dust jacket spine sun-faded, loss to the spine ends, chipping to edges. An interesting book about a variety of insects.
