Shooting script for an unproduced film. A planned sequel to the successful horror exploitation film "The Incredible Two-Headed Transplant" (1971), starring Bruce Dern, about a wealthy scientist who grafts the head of a serial murderer onto a man with an intellectual disability. Screenwriter James Gordon White would go on to write the thematically similar Blaxploitation comedy film "The Thing With Two Heads" (1972) starring Ray Milland and Rosey Grier. Green titled wrappers.
