First Edition. ps and charts in the text and with 150 monochrome photographic plates at the rear, large thick octavo, dark blue cloth, the spine very slightly bruised, otherwise very good. The dustwrapper is torn and rather badly stained on the spine and its rear cover; the cloth binding has miraculously escaped any damage.
