Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates have medium tanning and foxing throughout. Heavier to endpapers and pastedowns. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Water staining to front board. Boards are warped.

Zustand: Poor. Mild shelf wear to extremities. Inscriptions on first page and half-title page. Tissue guard is creased. Light tanning and foxing, mainly to page edges and endpapers. Contents all clear and legible.
