Cloth a little rubbed at spine ends. Corner loss (clipped away?) to front paste down. There's a bookplate on the half title page indicating the volume was presented to the Hove Library at Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music by Mrs Frank Tappan. For all its faults, basically a clean and tidy copy, firmly bound and presentable. A record of daily life on the Soviet Union for the ordinary citizen.
