El Arremangado Brazo was published in the city of Rosario between 1963 and 1964, directed by Rafael Oscar Ielpi, Romeo B. A. Medina and Aldo F. Oliva. Like Pausa magazine, its possible antecedent, added, among directors and collaborators, an important group of young writers and intellectuals, coming both from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters (today Humanities and Arts) of the National University of Rosario and from its bars surrounding: María Teresa Gramuglio, Gladys S.
