Stated first printing. 4to hardcover in tan cloth with brown text, and oil painting dust jacket of a classic Western scene. 232pp. B/W photos throughout. Inscribed by the author on the half title verso, facing the "about" page. Very good+ in a near very good dust jacket. Jacket is sunned to spine and has been rubbed at spine tips, hinges, and fore-edges. Several small tears at corners. Book has been very gently bumped at spine tips and corners. Two faint smudges to bottom edge of rear board, and several very faint foxing spots to page-edges. Endpapers very lightly toned just at edges, else inside clean and bright.
