Two pages with penciled notes, lacking the leather spine and a few preliminary and terminal leaves, fair only but an interesting piece of New Jersey ephemera. Both pastedowns with a manuscript note: "Compliments of Fred Hoey Hollywood, Long Branch, N.J." The front panel appears to be a generic scene with the hotel name etched (?) in, and the rear panel prints prints information about the hotel. According to one source, this Fred Hoey is the same man who managed the 1899 New York Giants baseball team.
