This autobiography, titled "Amchya Ayushyatil Kahi Athavani" in her native language of Marathi, was translated by Katherine Van Akin Gates in 1938. This translation is the only known copy to appear on the public market and one of a handful of copies held in public institutions. Verso repeats the portrait illustration, with caption title, "Latiff New Method of Drugless Healing for Men and Women," followed by several lines of text. Polk's 1913 City Directory for Birmingham lists A. Latiff, clairvoyant, at 1524 7th Avenue and the Quick Printing Company at 1521 3rd Ave. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Small hole at top of sheet, a few ink spots, and overall toning, old fold lines, else a good copy. In addition to telling his visitor's future and answering life's questions, Prof. Latiff offers his Psycho-Magnetic Treatment without Apparatus of Drugs to "build brains, superb energetic bodies, developing great nervous force, strong muscles, vigorous heart, creating a perfect circulation, permanently eradicating constipation, indigestion, dyspepsia, nervousness . lack of ambition.
