Exterior shows some smudge marks and soiling along with minor edge and corner bumps. Front board has a few speckles of something that has the feel of dried sap along the bottom left side. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues. The pages are quite toned due to age and quality of paper used and scattered foxing is present. No signatures or bookplates present but the table of contents has numerous "X" written in pencil (see photos). No other handwriting found in book.
