Each issue has a color plate and has many advertisements. Articles are on building family homes. One color plate is loose.

Zustand: Fine. - sc A 9-1/2 inch high by 7-1/2 inch wide creamy toned original silver print portrait of the author Henry Miller from the chest up. Wearing a dark sweater or jacket over a corduroy shirt, the author of "Tropic of Cancer", is depicted facing the camera. Mostly bald, Miller's few wispy white hairs show up against the abstract background of deliberately blurred branches and leaves. The photographer Larry Colwell's name is stamped in black on the verso. There are faint, nearly invisible pinholes to the corners and a tiny crease to the bottom left corner. Else, near fine.
