Seconde édition, parue la même année que l'édition originale, en lien avec les discussions à l'assemblée sur le divorce, composée en 3 parties, l'histoire, nécessité et avantage, proposition de législation, En 1789, la question du divorce était particulièrement importante en France en raison de l'évolution de la société française, qui allait provoquer d'importants changements sociaux et juridiques, y compris dans la législation concernant le mariage et le divorce. This publication is the first systematic classification of all the legal articles, published in intervals since the imperial decree of 1808. The author Hennet (1758-1828) became in 1804 involved in this project when he entered the French '' Ministère des Finances''. Fine copy of the original edition.
