Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Very clean copy except for marginalia in pencil on 8 pages and previous owner's name on inside front cover. One scuff mark to otherwise perfect dark blue linen hardboards, pressed borders, gold gilt lettering face and spine. Gilt lettering on spine is rubbing off. Boards themselves in very good condition, only light fading to top one inch, most of the fading, scuffing, fingerprints require close inspection and angling under light. Binding feels a little loose but there are no separations, cracks, or splits. Opens readily to preface qualifying as a crease. Book.
