Company plate on front and inside front (can't be too secure). Worn at corners and spine ends. Small piece gone from both top and bottom of spine. Plenty of text and a few (27) b&w photos. Tables. All in German! If you are a true Greeny, you need this book. It is probably the First! rather scientific look at plant response to industrial output. (move over John Muir) 412 pages including the index. If you do not read German at least it will impress people who see it on your tech shelf! This is a Keeper!
