Also included is a review of the events and circumstances which preceded the establishment of the GPO in order to explain its creation by the Congress of the United States. Mr. Harry Schecter was Chairman of the Government Printing Office Style Board and was principally responsible for the research and writing. Good. No dust jacket as issued. Cover has some wear and soiling. Bookplate of previous owner inside front cover. Presumed first wraps edition/first printing.
