In fair condition, on aged and worn paper, in worn and chipped original brown paper wraps, with covers loose and separated from one another. White paper label on front cover reads: 'March, 1816. | A Volume containing the unedited Antiquities of Attica will be published early in May. - 200 Copies only will be taken off for Sale. Those who are desirous of possessing the Work are requested to apply to [blank]'. On reverse of title is a 'List of the Ionian Committee': Earl of Aberdeen; Earl of Hardwick; Viscount Morpeth; Lord Northwick; Lord Selsey; Sir H. C. Englefield, Secretary; William Gell, Esq.; Thomas Hope, Esq.; R. Payne Knight, Esq.; Thomas Laurence, Esq.; Benjamin West, Esq.; Roger Wilbraham, Esq.; William Wilkins, Esq. Pp.1-6: 'The following Report, relative to the Ionian Mission, was ordered by the Society of Dilettanti to be printed for the use of the Members. | Short Narrative of the Voyage, reprinted from the Zante Gazettes.' On pp.7-15: 'General Catalogue of Drawings and Maps made by the Mission'. On pp.15-18, two extracts from the minutes: first, pp.15-16, under heading: 'On the Motion of Mr. Wilkins, it was unanimously resolved,'; second (pp.16-18), under heading 'On the Motion of the Secretary, it was unanimously resolved,'.
