In den WarenkorbRevue trimestrielle. Grenoble, Editions Didier Richard. (Jean-Yves Lacroix, Catalogue Revues, janvier 2019, p.4) Livres.

Collaborators : Roberto J Noble, Federico Pinedo, Luis Duhau, Homero Guglielmini, roberto Giusti, Among others. This newspaper is very important for this period of Argentine social political history since at… that time the leadership of the Independent Socialist Party and its leader De Tomaso were the sector of Argentine socialism that was committed to the civil-military coup in September and was the beneficiary of the restoration conservative politics, marked by fraud and repression, which led to the General Agustín P. Justo to the presidency, getting involved in the action government to implement specific measures to respond to the economic crisis, occupying with its main leaders (de Tomaso), first the Ministry of Agriculture and then the Ministry of Finance. Even if it is a matter of discussion to place the PSI among the forces of left, it is justified by the ideological continuity of its positions and its electoral program with those of the Socialist Party since its foundation until at least 1933 and by the presence in its ranks of militants and leaders who genuinely vindicated themselves (and would continue doing it) as socialists. Likewise, the parliamentary action of the PSI block was also characterized in the early 1930s by its legislative labor demands, which reinforced their socialist condition. But the political consequences of incorporating the PSI into the Concordancia, from its main leaders De Tomaso and Pinedo to Justo government and its direct commitment to state policies conservative, they were putting in contradiction the ideological positions and programmatic left, both of these leaders and those of the same match. His final disaster came with his defeat in the elections legislative acts of 1936 and in a short time the departure of many of its leaders sincerely declared their political nonsense as a party of the proletariat, which the accelerated abandonment of its militants and the left-wing electorate in those years (verifiable since 1931), had already revealed.
