Sarah Hillhouse, first woman newspaper editor in the United States, and her children were courageous Georgians. This book's description of the land lottery and of slavery are historically accurate. Printer Lady is an authentic account of a part of Georgia history that is not too well known to the general public. Sarah Hillhouse lived in Washington/Wilkes County, Georgia in pre-Civil War years.
