A call for educational reform in England with particular reference to Engineering & Science. The author's claim that Britain will be left behind by the rest of the world in manufacturing capacity & leadership if the education of the youth of Britain is not overhauled to include Techincal Colleges & better educational options for women. The Crittall Manufacturing Company Ltd made steel framed windows at their factory in Witham Essex. They are still there today. 325 grams.
