Summarizing the contributions of existing institutional frame, an attempt has also been made to appraise it critically. It's in our endeavour to make the existing institutional setup fully effective that emergence of World Union of Visionary Nations "WUVN", and World Funding Organization "WFO" has taken place on global scene. The Next Component of this study is on: The Operational Strategy of WUVN. And it's here the details of author's perception of What and How of "Capricious Global Education" and "Peace for All" are found elaborated. The operational tool of WUVN has been upgraded from 'Sustainable Development Goal' to 'Progressive Sustainable Development Goal' And a detailed descriptions of the PSDGs adoped/added have been analysed with reference to the time-frame chosen for this Study. How and with what targeted results these PSDGs are going to be implemented in Phase I: 2031-50; Phase II: 2051-2100; and Phase III: 2001-2150? These phases are the unhypothetical as the meaningful forecasting is possible. This constitute the next part followed by Epilogue whereby hypothetical time frame beyond 3501+, varying from slightly/megre hypothetical to the larger/fully hypothetical time frames too have been examined for the sustainable future for human being.
