Text block has heavy scuffing and light foxing to edges, and dust soiling to top edge; splitting to front hinge, scuffing to endpapers, spot of transferred material on glossy photographic page depicting hospitals where it stuck to the page opposite and pulled off some of the surface of the paper, and light scuffing and age-toning throughout.
