A compliments card from the Wild Life Protection Society and the Trustees of the Stevenson-Hamilton Library Fund is affixed. A presentation plate is affixed (now with aged tape) and is signed by Gilfillan, Campbell and others (trustees?). The blue padded, embossed cover is in good condition. It is sturdy, muscular, resolute. there are 2 small chips out of the back board that have been repaired. The front end papers have been marked by the residue of tape. The pages with the compliments card and the presentation plate have some foxing (mainly due to aging tape). Inside, the condition of the pages is very good.
