Unclear to him it is inscribed, in blue pen and dated 1961 by George Stoddard, who led an illustrious career in higher education in the greater NY area. This book examines the dubious Krebiozen cancer cure, which was debunked after initial claims of great success. An overall attractive copy. Binding is solid and square. Cloth boards are clean and firm, with two very lightly bumped edges, but overall excellent. Interior is clean, mildly age toned by bright, with no marks except for the signature on the front free endpaper. The dustjacket is fairly clean and intact, with a moderate chip at the foot of the DJ spine. Some soiling to the white rear panel. Some edges mildly scuffed, with a small tear to one small area of the foredge of the DJ. Jacket now in brodart. Altogether sound, clean copy of this book, which uncommon in any case, is here presented with scarce DJ and signature. Inscribed by Author(s).
