Otherwise good condition with light shelf rubbing, good hinges, (minor internal surface crack to top of front hinge, structurally sound), binding sound, pages age-browned but clean and legible, endpapers foxed, closed tear to one page without loss of text, ad for stump puller mounted on rear pastedown, no names or other markings. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
