Larger oblong format, color picture book printed on cloth. No date given. Light fraying to cloth at top and bottom edges of the pages. Front cover and inide surface, same, have a small area of color loss; covers a little rubbed and with light crease lines. Interior images remain bright and generally clean. VG-.

Staplebound. Zustand: Good. [12 p.]. 31 cm. 27 colour illustrations. Pictorial softcover with some soiling to covers. Ink inscription on lower front cover. Hole in front cover near spine. A bit of residue from former label on lower corner of first page and inside corner of rear cover. A little thumbing inside but mainly clean. Pictures illustrate the alphabet from Acorns to Zebra with such commonly recognized items as Boat, Cat and Dogs in between. The Ink-stand and old-fashioned Motor Car will be rarer sights for today's children.

Zustand: Acceptable. Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. A readable copy. All pages and the cover are intact (dust cover may be missing). Pages can include considerable notes--in pen or highlighter--but notes cannot obscure the text. Softcover copy of the classic children's story. Number 599 in the Linenette series published by Samuel Gabriel Sons. Some pages are a little tanned, with one or two blemishes and traces of inscriptions. Despite this, all text remains legible and the tale is beautifully illustrated. A good reading copy.

A very well preserved copy without fray or damage. Just mild soling to cloth leaves. One of the nices and most well preserved "clotjh" books we have handled. NF.

Soft cover. Zustand: Very Good. 12mo (large). "To Keep Busy the Little Hands and Little Head." No. 628. Illustrated stiff wrappers, (10)pp. Illustrations and text. Wrappers soiled and creased, with wear to corners and small tear to foot of spine, but still very good.

Good: Generally nice condition, bright, clean, unmarked, but with a small chip top edge about 1/8 inch through all the pages; some loss to surface color in the inch near that (see photo here) Paperwraps , 27.6 cm (10.8.in), 12 pp. Four color pages inside: "Submarine, Torpedo Boat, Destroyer and Air Ship "(and a propellor-driven blimp); "Super-Dreadnaught, Hospital Ship and Patrol"; "The Fleet Steams to Sea"; "Over the Sea in an Aeroplane" (which looks like one of the first experimental models) .
