Corners show bumping with the lower right front being the worst. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues at boards but pages 12/13 show small tearing at the gutter where it appears the binders glue bled in about an eighth of an inch near the top - causing the 2 pages to stick together. Front pastedown shows original owner's name and address. The remaining pages are toned due to age and some minor spotting and soiling is present, though appears to be limited to the end pages. No other handwriting found in book.
