Binding rebacked preserving original spine and lightly rubbed, new cloth slightly visible at head and tail of spine, corners slightly worn, inner paper hinges cracked, binding sound, old ink name to first pastedown and first free endpaper, previous owner's light pencil notes to margins and plates, easily erased if of no interest, pale age-browning to plates, frontispiece has pale blue colouring to water, tiny pale stain to lower edge of blank side of lithograph title page, a few lower corner tips at the beginning have small shallow turning crease.
