Unbound. Zustand: Near Fine. A collection of 15 pictorial postcards, with some duplicates, of Arizona purchased by Dr. William H. James in the early 1950s. The postcards measure 3.5" x 5.5" with some captions printed by Frashners, Inc. of Pomona, California. All postcards are near fine with some curling. The photos, well-composed commercial shots of the landscape of Tucson, Arizona with views of mountains, cacti, and lakes, purchased by James as a keepsake from a trip. Included in the set are images of Sabino Canyon, Picacho Peak, and the old U.S. Postoffice. Frashner Incorporated was created by photographer, Burton Frasher Sr., and was a staple for Southwestern commercial photography until his death in 1955.
