[2]) and final p. [1] is blank (i.e. verso of p. 47). Small quarto (20.3 cm by 16 cm). ESTC R16565; Wing (CD-ROM, 1996), F2081 Self-wrappers [disbound (text…begins with title page). Spine notched (where once bound), title page has light foxing and early soiling, with few short tears and creases, an untrimmed copy with generous margins (measuring 20.3 cm by 16 cm), first five leaves have a narrow (early) stain along blank (fore-edge) margin, else a very good copy, with rest of text quite fresh and clean. A few pages have slight pencil scorings in margins (in unknown hand) pp. 47 [i.e. 55], [1].
