It has been rebound in plain burgundy cloth, many plates, also in colour, some discolouration of back board of cloth, else well preserved. Ingraham was a pioneer in pediatric neurosurgery and a student of Cushing. He was also a magician, an ice-skater and a remarkable person Language: English.
