These were drawn by various artists, the most famous of whom was Leslie Ward who used the 'nom de crayon' of "Spy". This portrait will come mou…nted/matted and ready to frame using archivist quality materials, mount size 18 x 12 inches, 47 x 31 cms. It will be presented in a cellophane wrapper with our label guaranteeing authenticity. We pack very well, between sheets of hardboard. Sir Robert Nicholas Fowler, 1st Baronet (born 12 September, 1828, in Tottenham, Middlesex, died 22 May 1891, Harley Street, London) was a banker, M.P. for the Penryn and Falmouth Constituency, 1868-1874, Conservative M.P. for the City of London Constituency, 1880-1891, and Lord Mayor of London in 1883-84.
