Sheepskin spine over marbled boards with vellum tips, rubbed to boards and edges with some cracking to joints. Previous owner's name written twice in ink to ffep, one Victoria Reynoldson of 1804, and a small later bookplate to paste-down. Pigot's 1829 Directory of Scarborough mentions a Victoria Reynoldson who was a Seamer in the Academies & Schools section. Some of the names on the 1806 Corporation of Scarborough list to rear of volume 1 have been crossed out and marked 'Dead' in ink, but otherwise generally bright & clean internally. 15.5cm tall. Small 8vo.
