Foster bess eleanor ed (1 Ergebnisse)

Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. A delightful oblong folio, with stabbed (two screws) binding; intended for grade school teachers and their students in the early 1930s. Jessie M. Todd, who was associated with the Chautauqua movement, had a hand in some of the illustrations, and there is a hint of Arts and Crafts in many of the plates. The top board has been treated with a little black shoe polish to hide some stubborn spots. There are a few small stains on the illustrated pastedown on the front board. A good example of art education techniques in the late 1920s and later. Contact me if you want it to be shipped outside of the U.S; extra shipping charges will be required. Thank you.…
