An excellent fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents clean and bright throughout. This deluxe edition includes an additional, exclusive print of Rod Stewart. Presented in a yellow drawstring bag bearing the title in black, which has some staining near the opening. Inscribed by David Steen in black ink on the title page "For Alex / I hope you enjoy this book / as much as I have enjoyed / spending time with these "Heroes & Villains" David x".
