(From the present paper). The concept of this theorem deals with the time-dependent Hamiltonian - a subject of Quantum dynamics - where the Hamiltonian changes with time.The present issue also contain Gamow's "Zur Quantentheorie des Atomkernes" containing the first direct calculation of the Geiger-Nuttall law.
