A very good copy, there are cracks in the outer joints of both covers and while the hinges are tight they will not resist too much use before becoming detached, the covers are quite rubbed, scraped, and dug…, the first three pages and the last page have brown borders, and there is the former owner's signature on the front free endpaper. According to Karpinski this is a first edition and Karpinski states that "Flint's text on surveying was popular for half a century." Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
