Inscribed by previous owner on front free endpaper, dated 1934. Faint tidemarks on the first few pages, that stop at the beginning of chapter 1. Black-and-white photographic frontispiece of a person on horseback, titled "The birth of the forward seat, Captain Caprilli in 1904. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1932. 117 pages. Colophon stated that "Eight hundred and fifty copies of Riding Reflections have been printed by Eugene V. Connett at the Derrydale Press". Interiors are clean and unmarked. 46 illustrations by Vincent Fane Handley. Overall, a good and readable copy.
