Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Faint stains to front and rear. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Boards are slightly bowed. Gilt is dulled and worn. Unclipped jacket, priced 12s 6d, has light edgewear with small tears, mild chips, and creasing. Jacket is rather rubbed and marked overall. Some surface scrapes to rear.
