In den WarenkorbZustand: Gut. Ferdinand III., Joseph Johann Baptist Erzherzog von Österreich-Toskana (* 6. Mai 1769 in Florenz; 18. Juni 1824 ebenda) aus dem Haus Habsburg-Lothringen war von 1790 bis 1801 Großherzog der Toskana, dann als Ferdinand (I.) Kurfürst von Salzburg (18031806) und Großherzog von Würzburg (18061814) und von 1814 bis 1824 neuerlich Großherzog der Toskana. (Wikipedia) (Principe reale d'Ungheria e di Boemia, Arciduca d'Austria, Granduca di Toscana etc.) Motuproprio vom 18. Dec. 1791, erneuert das, seit dem 1. Mai 1789 aufgehobene Tabaksmonopol, im Betreff des Anbaues, Fabricirens und Verkaufs des Tabaks, zu Gunsten der Generaladministration, und annulirt alle dagegen ergangene Edikte. Die Ursache davon ist, weil der Tabaksbau in der Toskana nicht gerathen wollte, und die Unterthanen über schlechten Tabak unaufhörlich klagten. Notification vom 19. Oct. 1791, worin obiges Monopol genau bestimmt und erklärt wird, auch diejenigen Städte und Oerter benannt werden, wo die Tabaksadministration ihre Niederlagen halten wird. (Crome: Gesetze und Verordnungen . S.K.H. Ferdinand III. von 1791-1794). Um diese Notification handelt es sich beim vorliegenden Dokument, das jedoch das Datum 18. Oktober 1791 trägt. Mitunterzeichner waren Antonio Serristori (1711-1796) und Alessandro Pontenani. Ersterer war erster Minister, Sekretariatsdirektor und Außenminster, letzterer Finanzminister.
